• Complete coverage — We aim to address the full scope of each topic, including edge cases and alternative methods, so readers don't need to look elsewhere.

Review and fact-checking

Before an article goes live:

1. Instructions are tested on the relevant device or software
2. Technical claims are verified against official documentation or primary sources
3. Screenshots and images reflect the current version of the software
4. All external links are checked for accuracy and relevance

Product reviews and comparisons

When we review or compare products:

• We clearly state our evaluation criteria
• We disclose any affiliate relationships (see our Affiliate Disclosure)
• Affiliate relationships never influence our recommendations — if a free tool is better, we say so
• We note any limitations of our testing (e.g., duration of use, specific device tested on)

Content updates and corrections

Technology changes quickly. We are committed to keeping our content current:

• Regular reviews — We periodically review published articles and update them when software versions change or better solutions become available
• Reader feedback — If a reader reports that an article is outdated or inaccurate, we investigate and update the content promptly
• Corrections — When we make a significant correction to an article, we note the update at the top of the page. Minor fixes (typos, formatting) are made without notice
• Removal — If an article is no longer relevant and cannot be meaningfully updated, we remove it and redirect the URL
